Part 2 model answer
The most organised person I know is definitely my elder sister, Sumaiya. She's three years older than me and currently works as an accountant at a private company in Dhaka. Growing up in the same house, I've had plenty of chances to see just how organised she really is.
Honestly, she plans almost everything in her life. Every night before going to bed, she writes a to-do list for the next day in a small notebook, and she ticks off each task once it's done. She also uses a calendar app on her phone to keep track of deadlines, birthdays, and bills, so she never forgets anything important.
Her room is another great example. Everything has its own fixed place. Her books are arranged by subject, her clothes are neatly folded by colour, and even her phone charger has a special spot on the table. She also manages money very carefully. At the start of every month, she makes a budget and records her daily expenses in a spreadsheet app.
To be honest, when we were younger, I used to find her a bit annoying, because she would always tell me off for leaving my things lying around. But now I really admire her. Thanks to her habits, she's rarely stressed, she always meets her deadlines, and she still manages to find time for hobbies. She's actually inspired me to become more organised myself. These days, I keep a simple task list on my phone, and I've noticed I get a lot more done. So I'd say she's been a really positive influence on me.
Part 3 discussion
Why is it important to be organized?
Being organised saves time and reduces stress. When you know exactly what needs to be done and where things are, you can work more efficiently. It also helps people meet deadlines and avoid forgetting important tasks, which is especially useful at work or in studies.
Are some people naturally more organized than others?
I think personality does play a role, as some people naturally prefer order and routine. However, organisation is also a skill that can be learned. Upbringing matters a lot too. If children grow up in a well-organised home, they usually develop similar habits.
How can people become more organized?
Simple steps can make a big difference, like making daily to-do lists, setting priorities, and keeping a regular routine. Using apps for reminders and calendars is very helpful nowadays. Decluttering your workspace and getting rid of unnecessary things also makes it easier to stay organised.
Is being too organized a bad thing?
It can be, in some cases. People who are extremely organised sometimes find it hard to adapt when things don't go according to plan. They might become stressed or inflexible. So while organisation is great, it's also important to be flexible and go with the flow sometimes.
Do you think technology helps people stay organized?
Yes, definitely. Apps for notes, reminders, and calendars make it much easier to manage tasks and schedules. People can access everything from their phones at any time. However, too many notifications and distractions can also make people less focused, so it depends on how they use it.
